How does love change Juliet from an obedient, dutiful daughter to an independent, freethinking woman?

Love is not just a feeling; it is something that a person is willing to do something for. How do Romeo and Juliet prove this?

The hatred between the Montagues and the Capulets cause the suicides of their only two children. And what was their hate for? – Nothing. It was just an ancient feud that no one bothered ending. How does Shakespeare prove that people should think through their actions and not get caught up in “heat of the moment”?

What is your opinion of the Friar? Is he a coward? - A holy man?

Was Lord Capulet a good father? – A bad father? Explain.

Fate – How does timing play an important part in the play?

Analyze Romeo and Juliet in Bosnia – How does it compare with the play?
